How hard can they be? I have heard horriable stories about them going wrong......
Other note, what would be a good mod to do next? I want some personal feedback from you guys.

Maybe look into getting bigger cams or the ECU tuned or add a racing chip

I think the Hotchkis TVS kit is the best suspention bang for the buck. However with the 20" wheels you might have clearence issues. I'm almost positive you'll need to roll your rear fenders.
If you want some more power I'd get the MotorDyne 5/16th spacer. You already have the PopCharger and cat-back exhaust. really not much else you can do inexpensive wise. Maybe some high-flow cats or cat-deletes. If you have ANY thoughts of twin turbo don't invest in headers.

Are you looking ofr performance or looks? I'd go with test pipes or intake spacer if you dont have those already.
